Self-Discipline, Day 13…Let’s stay awhile…

The following message was sent to the participants of the  75 Days of Action Challenge on Facebook.

Hi there – late, I know.

It’s been such a wonderful day of giving…this time of year is particularly wonderful. Wouldn’t it be great to be thankful all through the year though? (Thanksgiving here in the US on Thursday)

…Anyway… by the nature of the responses to yesterday’s message, I am suggesting we linger here for awhile. It seemed to strike a nerve of some sort, for some.

So for today:

1)   Please consider and reflect upon Day 12’s message.
2)   Do your daily activities…as usual.
3)   Spend 5 minutes alone, be still and breathe deeply (using diaphragm) five times. Here’s a helpful article on proper breathing at ehow.com ►http://bit.ly/4mHVSh

Celebrate your unique and magnificent self!

And, as one of our members – Marguerite Orane – would say…laugh, just laugh! A lot!

That combined with some good breathing will do wonders for your heart, health and happiness.
