Day 9 of 21 Days of Complaining

H E L  L O   — The message below was sent to the participants of the Facebook event – 21 Days of No Complaining on day 9  of our journey together.  See event details here.



I hope each and every one of you (1226 people doing this together!) is finding value in this experience.

The suggested activity today is:

1) Reflect on what you do to handle negative thoughts and energy from others

2) Share your strategy with someone today.

3) Ask someone you consider a ‘peaceful’ person – someone who handles challenges in a way you admire – “What do you do to remain at peace?”

Visit the event wall and take in the messages. You will be touched and blessed, believe me. 🙂

Oh — yesterday there was a typo — and # 6 — In place of every negative thought that COULD HAVE led to a compliment, breathe DEEPLY 3x and smile after each breath. So that’s 3 deep breaths and 3 smiles for each potential complaint. 🙂
