H E L L O !

Today there’s just 1 new suggested activity:

Whenever you feel the urge to complain, grumble or moan…Be STILL, get silent, even if only for a few seconds, preferably longer and take a DEEP diaphragmatic breath.

Breath deep so your diaphragm fills up. Your shoulder and chest moving is not the desired outcome. Your stomach pushing out a little is the goal.

Do this EVERY time you even THINK of negative thought or emotion coming on.

That’s it. Just be still. The benefits will be obvious.

Have a magnificent and PEACEFUL day, evening or morning!
